myCard.golf helps clubs and tournament organizers run outings, leagues, and events with scoring, skins, messaging, printing, and (where your plan allows) full tournament workflows on the web and in the official iOS app.

Official iOS app
- Download the app from the App Store and sign in with the same mycard.golf account you use on the website.
- Profile—edit account on the web (magic link), privacy & data, text alerts, and Membership (In‑App Purchase subscriptions).
- Subscriptions—purchases are processed by Apple. To cancel or change a plan: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. For billing receipts and some account details, sign in at mycard.golf and use account tools as shown in the app.
- Restore purchases—Profile → Membership → Restore purchases if you reinstall or change devices.
Membership tiers & Tournament Director
Plans unlock different organizer capabilities (events, contests, messaging, tournament direction, printing, integrations, etc.). The exact lineup is shown when you subscribe in the app or on the site.
Tournament Director (In‑App Purchase)—priced for organizers who run full tournament programs—formats, brackets, assignments, scoring coordination, printing, and web-based tournament tooling. It is intentionally positioned versus annual fees for standalone tournament SaaS products: we aim to match or exceed typical capabilities with greater flexibility and day-to-day ease of use for golf operations on mycard.golf.
Pricing in the App Store is set in App Store Connect and may display in your local currency; the base product price is as listed for your storefront.
Website: events & tournaments
- Create and edit events, rosters, tee groups, teams, and contest settings on the web where your role allows.
- Some advanced tournament configuration (clubs, seeding, certain print templates) is managed in the browser—use Open event on mycard.golf from the app when directed.
- Only accounts with Tournament Director privileges (or higher) can change certain tournament switches; the server enforces this.
Frequently asked questions
I can’t sign in.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the email you used to register.
The iOS app says my session expired.
Sign out and sign in again. If it persists, update the app, check the system clock, then contact support with the approximate time it happened.
I subscribed but don’t see premium access.
In the app, open Profile → Membership and use Restore purchases. Ensure you’re signed into the Apple ID that purchased the subscription and the same mycard.golf account. Allow a minute for servers to sync. If nothing changes, email support with your mycard.golf login email (not your password).
How do I cancel a subscription?
Apple manages In‑App Purchase billing. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select myCard Golf, then cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Who can enable tournament mode or edit full tournament settings?
Accounts with the Tournament Director role (or higher). If a save is rejected, ask your organization’s director or sign in with an authorized account.
Where is my data & how do I delete my account?
See our Privacy Policy. Account closure and deletion flows are linked from the iOS app under Profile → Privacy, data & account removal (opens mycard.golf in an in-app browser).
Do you offer phone support?
We handle most requests by email so we can share links, screenshots, and follow-up steps.
Known issues & updates
We ship improvements regularly. If the app or site behaves oddly after an update, try signing out/in, then email support with your device model, iOS version, and a short description.
